Once completed, your home is secured and stablized on the newly constructed foundation system. Based on local height requirements, you may even qualify for a reduced annual flood insurance rate.

Slab House Elevation - Specializing in High and Low Lifts

Coastal House Elevations and Construction offers the capability to raise homes that are on existing concrete slabs. Our Low Lifts are homes that need to be elevated up to approximately 4'. Our High Lifts are homes that need to be elevated above 4'. We can raise your home and the pre-existing foundation that it's on above Base Flood Elevation (BFE). You will only be out of your home for a very short period of time. All of our foundations are designed by professional engineers.

Pier and Beam Elevations

Coastal House Elevations and Construction has been raising houses in flood damaged communities for years. We insure that each home is raised to at least Base Flood Elevation(BFE) and away from future flood danger. Many homeowners utilize the space below the home for parking and additional space. Our foundations are engineer designed and built with treated wood pilings or cement block columns.
